FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each design?
Our MOQ is 50 cards per design. However, for each order, we require a minimum of 500 cards.
2. What customization options do you offer?
We provide laser-cutting or printed logos, website names, labels, barcode stickers, etc., on both the front and back of the card. Additionally, you can request color changes for the designs.
3. Do you offer custom design services?
We can create custom designs based on your ideas or provided pictures. The MOQ for custom designs is 250 pieces for the first order, and a design fee applies to each unique design.
4. Do you offer samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we can provide samples for quality and design approval, you need to cover the shipping cost.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfers, Western Union, Trade Assurance, and PayPal (for samples and small orders).
6. What is your production lead time?
Production lead times depend on the order quantity and complexity of the design. The production lead time for an order of 500 cards is 7-14 working days.
7. What’s your Payment term?
We require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
Once your payment is verified, we will promptly begin production on your order.
8. Do you offer shipping services? What are the available delivery options?
Yes, we provide shipping services to almost all destinations worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order volume and destination.
We offer two types of delivery:
Air freight includes express shipping through carriers like UPS, DHL, and FedEx; and air cargo
Ocean freight for high-volume orders.
Upon dispatch, we will notify you and provide a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
9. What is your return policy?
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order and we will work to resolve them promptly.
