PLACING AN WHOLESALE POP UP CARDS ORDER

To place an order, kindly send us an email at contact@kiricard.com with your order list containing the product code and quantity per design. Please note that the minimum order is 50pcs/design and 500pcs/order. You may mix various designs into one order. After receiving your order, we will provide you with a quotation and invoice for your review.

CUSTOMIZATION

We offer laser-cutting or printed services for logos, website names, labels, barcodes, stickers and more on both the front and back of the card. If you have a personal trademark, we can also include it in the design. Furthermore, customers can customize the colors of the designs to their liking.

CUSTOM YOUR DESIGN

Looking for something truly unique? We’ve got you covered with our custom design service. Just share your ideas or high-resolution pictures with us, and our team of skilled designers will create a one-of-a-kind pop-up card just for you.

Please note that a minimum order quantity of 250 pieces is required for the first order. Additionally, there will be a design fee for each custom design. Contact us for more information and let’s bring your vision to life!

PACKAGING

Each card comes with one envelope and one clear plastic bag. Our team carefully checks and packs your order to ensure safe delivery without any damage.

EXCLUSIVE DEALS

At Kiricard, we want to make it easy for our customers to get the most out of their orders. That’s why we offer a range of discounts to help you save on your purchase.

  • For new customers, we’re excited to welcome you with a special 10% discount on your first order. To qualify, simply order 500 pieces or more, with a minimum of 50 pieces per design.
  • For our returning customers, we offer a tiered discount system on our standard cards. As your order size grows, so do your savings:
  • 2001-3000 pcs: 3% discount
  • 3001-5000 pcs: 5% discount
  • 5001-10,000 pcs: 7% discount
  • Above 10,000 pcs: 10% discount

Additionally, we offer special discount rates for customers who place large orders over the course of a year. If your total card orders from January to December exceed a certain amount, we’ll apply a discount rate to all orders in that year. The more you order, the more you save:

  • 25,000 – 40,000 pcs : 7% discount
  • 40,001 – 60,000 pcs : 10 % discount
  • 60,000 – 120,000 pcs : 12% discount
  • Above 120,000 pcs : 14% discount

Any savings you receive will be added to your account as credit for your next order, or we can refund the difference to you at the end of the year.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Our payment terms require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due prior to shipping. We only accept payment in US dollars (USD), and we take great care to ensure the security of your payment and account information. Upon receipt of payment, we will commence production.

Our lead time ranges from 10 to 35 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.

SHIPPING

We provide our customers with two delivery options, which include air freight comprising express shipping (via UPS, DHL, or FedEx) and air cargo and ocean freight. The shipping cost for each order is calculated based on the weight of the batch, which is determined by the size of the cards.

RETURN POLICY

If your card is damaged upon arrival, please send us an email at contact@kiricard.com with pictures of the damage, and we will provide you with a solution.

We will refund or replace any products that were produced incorrectly or provide a good solution to ensure customer satisfaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that we cannot always honor cancellation requests once an order is finalized.
